Evelyne was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2005 and joined OLN in 2013.
She has extensive experience on intellectual property matters including non-contentious matters, likes prosecution of trade marks (including collective trade mark, certification trade mark and defensive trade mark), designs and patent matters in Hong Kong and China.
Evelyne has substantial experience in handling fleet clients’ trade mark portfolio in different industries including financial, hotel and catering and suppliers of office supplies and solution in different countries worldwide. She also handles contentious intellectual properties matters, like trade mark opposition, revocation (based on non-use or other grounds) and declaration of invalidation as well as patent revocation.
In addition, she handles domain name registration as well as domain name dispute resolution matters for .hk and .cn domain name disputes filed through the International Arbitration Centre and Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre.
Evelyne has written articles on IP issues which regularly posted on OLN website. Evelyne is a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
