Evelyne is senior associate serving in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. She was admitted as solicitor in Hong Kong in 2005 and joined us in 2013.
She has extensive experience on intellectual property matters including non-contentious matters, likes prosecution of trade marks (including collective trade mark, certification trade mark and defensive trade mark), designs and patent matters in Hong Kong, China and worldwide. She also handles contentious intellectual properties matters, likes trade mark opposition, revocation and declaration of invalidation.
Evelyne has substantial experience in handling fleet clients’ trade mark portfolio in different industries including financial, hotel and catering, manufacturers of jewellery, automobile, sports equipment, healthcare products and amusement park in different countries worldwide.
In addition, she handles domain name registration as well as domain name dispute resolution matters for .hk and .cn domain name disputes filed through the International Arbitration Centre and Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre.
She served on the INTA Enforcement Committee for the term 2022 – 2023.
