高国峻律师（Gordon Oldham）40多年前从英国来香港。当时他刚刚取得执业律师资格，並受聘于香港一家大型律师事务所，在其诉讼部门任职。两年后，他成为该律师事务所合伙人并兼任诉讼部门主管。

高律师一直从事诉讼工作至1987年，籍着其参与商业事务的经验，高律师创立了自己的律师事务所，进一步拓展他的专业领域。其后，高律师更招揽了拥有不同经验和专长的合伙人。

在香港的40年间，高律师不仅以法律顾问的身份参与本地及国际商业活动，同时更是一位成功的商人。高律师的从商经验使得他对各种业务营运的需求有独特的见解。

梁家为律师（Gareth Leung）在伦敦国王学院获得了法学学士学位，并在香港城市大学获得了法学专业证书。其后，梁律师作为见习律师加入了高李严律师事务所，并于2022年获得香港高等法院律师资格。 

目前，他在税务与私人客户部门，主要负责信托、继承规划、以及遗产管理有关的非争议性咨询工作。

方泽民律师（Paul Firmin）于1979年成为英国执业律师并在曼彻斯特进行私人执业。

方律师于1987年移居香港，并在一家大型本地律师行工作了12年，最终成为其合伙人兼诉讼部门主管。

方律师于1999前往澳洲昆士兰，并在布里斯班一家著名的律师事务所执业两年。方律师于2012年1月回到香港并加入高李严律师行。

方律师主要于高李严律师行的婚姻和家事法部门处理家事法事务，同时还不时地处理其他民事诉讼事务。

方律师是一位婚姻监礼人，亦是香港家事法协会的成员。

多年来，方律师一直担任多个律师纪律审裁处的主席。近来，方律师还被委任为《建筑物条例》（第123章）上诉审裁主席组成员。

方律师是香港大学兼职导师，讲授法律学士学位课程和法学研究生证书（Postgraduate Certificate in Laws）课程。

戴均豪律师（Alex Dai）在华威大学获得了工程学士学位（土木工程）。随后，他获得香港城市大学法律博士学位和法学专业证书。戴律师在高李严律师行完成见习律师的实习，并于2023年成为香港高等法院的合资格律师。

宋静妍

宋静妍律师（Vera Sung）是高李严律师行的合伙人兼香港和中国知识产权部门主管。宋律师在1998年成为香港律师，其后在2010年成为公证人。在加入高李严律师行之前，宋律师曾在香港多家著名的律师事務所工作，专门从事知识产权法事务。

她的执业范围集中在商标、专利、版权、域名争议、假冒行为、知识产权许可和知识产权强制执行。宋律师在知识产权注册、检控、强制执行，以及跨国公司产权组合管理，和发展等方面均有非常丰富的经验。她的经验跨越多个不同领域，从美国香港政府法律部门, 至企业客户和慈善团体。

宋律师目前是亚洲专利代理人协会（APAA）的活跃会员。宋律师在国际商标会议2012-2013中被委任为法律法规委员会下属东亚和太平洋区小组委员会主席。她在2002至2006年间及2010至2015年间担任国际商标协会（“INTA”）立法与法规委员。另外，她在2007至2009年间还担任INTA地理标志委员。

宋律师目前是Globalaw的亚太知识产权计划的联合主席。

宋律师经常在企业律师和国际客户的法务会议中担任演讲人。她曾为Sony（香港）、美国南加州大学、加拿大安大略的Inniskillin葡萄酒厂、Globalaw会议及香港贸易发展局担任演讲人。她曾以「在中国有效地强制执行知识产权」为题在INTA发表即席主题演讲。她也是INTA圆桌会以「商标使用取消行动：香港与欧盟」为题的主持人。宋律师还任教于持续专业进修课程。自2012年起，她定期在星岛日报刊登有关知识产权法律问题的文章。

同时，宋律师参与编撰Butterworths出版的《香港英汉双解法律词典》和Martindale – Hubbell International Law Digest中的香港知识产权法。

宋律师在英国卡迪夫的韦尔斯大学（University of Wales, Cardiff）取得法律学士学位，其后在香港大学取得信息科技法硕士学位。
