简介

Gareth obtained his Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. Gareth joined OLN as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court in Hong Kong in 2022. He is currently assisting in the Tax & Private Client Department, working on advisory work in relation to trusts, succession planning and wealth protection, and disputes in relation to mental capacity. He also has experience working on civil and criminal litigation including insolvency, shareholders disputes and disciplinary proceedings.
