Kristine Chan

Kristine obtained her degrees of Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB), as well as the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws, at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) from the University College London, United Kingdom in 2021, with a scholarship awarded for her studies. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in October 2020 and joined OLN as an Associate in September 2023.

She currently works under the Tax Advisory Department, advising clients on trusts, estate planning, and commercial litigation. She has experience in handling various contentious matters involving judicial review proceedings, employment law, shareholder disputes, land disputes, and personal injuries claims. In her criminal practice, she has acted for clients at all levels of courts, and has instructed prominent counsel and senior counsel to argue important issues of law.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
