Keith Wong

Keith focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience in equity capital markets, private and public M&As and Hong Kong listing regulatory compliance matters. Keith has also counselled clients on general commercial matters, including employment matters.

Keith has worked with diverse clients across a wide range of industries, including education, real estate, property management, energy and consumer products.

Keith obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining OLN, he has worked at international law firms in Hong Kong. 

Keith is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
