Angela Jen

She is an Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute, UK (ACG) and Associate Member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKACG).

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and has over 25 years experience in corporate formation and administration local and offshore, nominee arrangements, corporate restructuring and company liquidation.
