Cermain is a corporate lawyer with expertise in startups, venture capital, and cross-border transactions. Since 2009, she has been practicing corporate and commercial law in Hong Kong, providing clients with exceptional legal services.
Her practice encompasses fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border investments, and general corporate counsel. Cermain’s clientele spans various industries and stages of ventures, ranging from innovative technology companies in blockchain, virtual assets, and FoodTech, to traditional businesses in real estate, logistics, food and beverage (F&B), and trading. She also works with growing companies and listed corporations. Cermain’s work motto, “Growing with clients, becoming friends,” exemplifies her commitment to being an integral part of her clients’ long-term success.
