簡介

蔡柏堅律師(Benjamin Choi)是一位擁有超過20年經驗的智慧財產權律師，在為各種不同類型的企業提供諮詢、解決和執行商標和智慧財產權相關事務。他曾在香港三間領先且以智慧財產權實踐著稱的獲獎律師事務所工作。蔡律師被公認為香港最傑出且備受讚譽的商標執業者之一。他在進行涉及智慧財產權資產交易的並購專案中的智慧財產權盡職調查具有高超的技能，並以他在客戶品牌創建和發展過程中實際和個人的見解而聞名。

他還就一般智慧財產權執法、假冒/不正當競爭、功能變數名稱糾紛和資料隱私問題提供諮詢。蔡律師是香港商標師公會有限公司的前任主席之一，並積極參與該公會與智慧財產權署在智慧財產權法律和政策審查與諮詢方面的合作。

除了香港，蔡律師積極參與在國際商標協會(INTA) (自2009年起成為會員，目前擔任INTA公報委員會成員）、亞洲專利代理人協會(APAA) (自2008年起成為會員，目前是香港分組委員會成員）以及Marques (自2015年起成為會員，目前擔任智慧財產權新興問題委員會成員) 的活動。
