简介
蔡柏坚律师(Benjamin Choi)是一位拥有超过20年经验的知识产权律师，在为各种不同类型的企业提供咨询、解决和执行商标和知识产权相关事务。他曾在香港三間领先且以知识产权实践著称的获奖律师事务所工作。蔡律师被公认为香港最杰出且备受赞誉的商标執業者之一。他在进行涉及知识产权资产交易的并购项目中的知识产权尽职调查具有高超的技能，并以他在客户品牌创建和发展过程中实际和个人的见解而闻名。
他还就一般知识产权执法、假冒/不正当竞争、域名纠纷和数据隐私问题提供咨询。蔡律师是香港商标师公会有限公司的前任主席之一，并积极参与该公会与知识产权署在知识产权法律和政策审查与咨询方面的合作。
除了香港，蔡律师积极参与在国际商标协会(INTA) (自2009年起成为会员，目前担任INTA公报委员会成员）、亚洲专利代理人协会(APAA) (自2008年起成为会员，目前是香港分组委员会成员）以及Marques (自2015年起成为会员，目前担任知识产权新兴问题委员会成员) 的活动。
