簡介
方澤民律師（Paul Firmin）於1979年成為英國執業律師並在曼徹斯特私人執業。
方律師於1987年移居香港，並在一家大型的本地律師行工作12年且最終成為合夥人兼訴訟部門主管。
方律師於1999年移居澳洲昆士蘭，並在布里斯班一家著名的律師行執業兩年。方律師於2012年1月回到香港並加入高李嚴律師行。
方律師主要於高李嚴律師行的婚姻和家事法部門處理家事法事務，但同時他會不時處理其他民事訴訟事務。
方律師是一位婚姻監禮人，亦是香港家事法協會的成員。
多年來，方律師一直是多個律師紀律審裁處主席。近來，方律師還被委任加入《建築物條例》（第123章）上訴審裁主席組。
方律師是香港大學兼職導師，任教法律學士學位課程和法學專業證書（Postgraduate Certificate in Laws）課程。

Stephen has been the Partner heading up the Family Law Department at OLN since 2000, and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (“IAFL”) and the former Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Family Law Association (“FLA”). Stephen is an associate member of Resolution (the Solicitors Family Law Association, UK) and member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Stephen has been instructed on many leading cases in the areas of family law and trusts law. He also advises extensively in respect of trusts and wills, wealth protection and tax planning. Stephen is highly recommended by Chambers and Partners as leading lawyer in Family / Matrimonial (International firms) in Chambers Greater China Region Guide 2023, details of which are set out below at “What Others Say”.
Stephen has contributed to a number of articles on Family Law for legal publications, is one of the authors of the FLA Code of Conduct and has lectured on family law.
