Keith advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with experience in equity capital markets, private and public cross border M&A, and Hong Kong listing and other regulatory compliance. Keith also provides advice to local and overseas founders, start-ups, SMEs and global companies in all aspects of their activities, including financing, corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, permits & licensing, employment compensation & incentive plans and tax efficiency. 

His clients’ businesses range across various sectors including global brands licensing, e-commerce, education, real estate, energy, material technology and consumer products.

Prior to joining OLN, he has worked at international law firms in Hong Kong.
