Valerio is an Italian lawyer, qualified to practice law since 2001, before the Italian and European higher courts since 2015, who joined OLN in February 2025 as legal manager.

His expertise, experience and specialisations are mainly in commercial and corporate law, international contracts, extraordinary transactions, M&A, internationalisation.

His practice areas are Italy, Europe, Russian Federation, UAE, Qatar, China, South Korea.

Valerio has 25 years of experience in various areas worldwide where he has assisted European and international clients especially in commercial, corporate and industrial law, labour law, banking and financial law, in M&A transactions and extraordinary corporate transactions, also as IP Attorney.

Valerio is able to provide continuous assistance to companies and corporate bodies, providing advice and assistance on contracts, corporate, labour law, trademarks and patents, and any technical and legal aspects related to the specific regulations of the industry; assistance and consulting of companies, specifically in the activity of business intermediation and business development; assistance and consultancy of companies in the internationalization of business abroad, with specific expertise in the markets of luxury fashion industry, gas, gasoline, food & beverage, spirits.

Valerio was and is able to be appointed as manager and member of the board of directors of industrial, commercial and service companies with powers of attorney in the legal and corporate spheres, transactions with related parties, intra-group transactions with investee companies, contracts, corporate taxation, extraordinary corporate transactions, internationalization and foreign markets.
