Keith focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience in equity capital markets, private and public M&As and Hong Kong listing regulatory compliance matters. Keith has also counselled clients on general commercial matters, including employment matters.

Keith has worked with diverse clients across a wide range of industries, including education, real estate, property management, energy and consumer products.

Prior to joining OLN, he has worked at international law firms in Hong Kong.
