Profile

Bonnie joined OLN as a Director in March 2026 and currently leads the OLN Corporate Services Team and OLN Accounting Services Team.

She is an Associate Member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKACG), an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute, UK (ACG), and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (an international honour society for top business students worldwide).  She holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance from The City University of Hong Kong and brings 18 years of solid experience in corporate secretarial and governance services.

Bonnie has extensive expertise in managing corporate secretarial matters and statutory compliance for both onshore and offshore companies, as well as providing advisory services to clients across a broad range of industries.  Her practice focuses on company secretarial advisory, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance services for multinational groups, privately held companies, and non-profit organisations.  Prior to joining OLN, Bonnie worked in leading international and professional firms, serving clients from various sectors.
