Helena Hu is a seasoned senior lawyer, possessing an extensive background of over 20 years’ experience in regional in-house legal and compliance practices. She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Law Society of Ontario (Canada).
Throughout her career, she has focussed on legal and regulatory compliance in multinational financial services institutions. Helena’s professional journey has equipped her with a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial knowledge, making her a versatile and commercially astute legal professional. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes, offer strategic advice and provide effective and practical solutions to legal challenges.
Helena is an active member of the Digital Innovation Council of the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
