Jenny is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transformation. She is the Director of the Corporate Services team, offering comprehensive, one-stop corporate solutions that encompass corporate secretarial, governance, accounting, tax and trust administrative services to companies of diversified background.

Throughout her career, Jenny has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading corporate services teams across both a Big Four accounting firm and a prestigious professional organization. Her leadership in these roles earned her a reputation for excellence in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transformation, while further solidifying her expertise in the industry.

Jenny specializes in providing tailored professional advice and solutions to a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, local enterprises, family offices, charitable organizations, and multinational corporations. With deep professional knowledge and forward-thinking insight, she helps clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments, drive business development, and become a trusted partner in their journey towards success.

Jenny is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”) and The Chartered Governance Institute.  She also holds a Practitioner’s Endorsement and ESG Reporting Certificate issued by HKCGI. She is the advisory board member of the Corporate Governance programme of a university in Hong Kong and a speaker of the professional seminars held by various professional bodies.  She has also served in the Professional Services Panel of HKCGI for ten years and as the Co-Chair of the Wealth Management Group under Technical Consultation Panel of HKCGI.
