Venus began her legal career in 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor in OLN’s Family and Matrimonial Law Department. After being admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2024, she has continued to focus on the same practice area.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Venus is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Leveraging her language skills and commitment to family and matrimonial law, she has assisted clients from Hong Kong, mainland China, and overseas. Her experience spans a broad range of matters, including multi-jurisdictional divorces involving complex corporate structures and offshore assets; nullity; custody applications for children born within and outside marriage; Hague Convention application; wardship proceedings; cross-border guardianship applications; financial claims during divorce and after divorce under Part IIA of the MPPO; and contentious trust and probate disputes concerning global assets.

Venus also advises on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements, Wills and estate planning, and frequently acts for high-net-worth individuals with trust arrangements and multi-jurisdictional assets.
