Michael joined OLN in 2020 after 25 years in law and finance in Asia, working as a lawyer at Allen & Overy and Goldman Sachs, and as an investor at JPMorgan. He has also worked in private equity. He has a wide experience of structuring and financing transactions across the capital structure from both an equity and a debt perspective. At OLN, in addition to providing legal advice on a variety of corporate matters, Michael has developed an interest in Family Law, focusing in particular on cases with a finance background.
