Chiu\uff09\u662f\u9ad8\u674e\u4e25\u5f8b\u5e08\u884c\u7684\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\uff0c\u8bc9\u8bbc\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8d1f\u8d23\u672c\u884c\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u793e\u4f1a\u8d23\u4efb\u8ba1\u5212\u548c\u65b0\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u957f\u8005\u6cd5\u5f8b\u670d\u52a1\u3002 \u800c\u66fe\u7ecf\u5e2e\u52a9\u8fc7\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u6709\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u3001\u8de8\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u80a1\u4e1c\u3001\u8463\u4e8b\u3001\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u3001\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u548c\u9ad8\u51c0\u503c\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7c7b\u578b\u5305\u62ec:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u8d75\u5f8b\u5e08\u662f\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5883\u5185\u4e09\u5927\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u8bc9\u8bbc\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr \u8d75\u5f8b\u5e08\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u300a\u661f\u5c9b\u65e5\u62a5\u300b\u548c\u300a\u5934\u6761\u65e5\u62a5\u300b\u7684\u91c7\u8bbf\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u9999\u6e2f\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u5458\u5de5\u5728Covid-19\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u95f4\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u5e76\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u5979\u5904\u7406\u4f01\u4e1a\u5173\u95ed\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3qSu97L\">\u9605\u8bfb\u91c7\u8bbf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e13\u4e1a\u7ecf\u9a8c<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7834\u4ea7\u53ca\u6e05\u76d8\u6848\u4f8b<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5728\u4e00\u5b97\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u6ce2\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u9c7c\u7c7b\u8de8\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u6e05\u76d8\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e2d\uff08\u96c6\u56e2\u904d\u5e03\u5168\u4e16\u754c\uff09\u4ee3\u8868\u6e05\u76d8\u4eba\u548c\u4e34\u65f6\u6e05\u76d8\u4eba\u5904\u740640\u591a\u4e2a\u5907\u53d7\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u6e05\u76d8\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u7533\u8bf7\u59d4\u4efb\u4e34\u65f6\u6e05\u76d8\u4eba\uff08<strong>Pacific Andes, China Fishery<\/strong>\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4ee3\u8868\u5728\u79bb\u5cb8\u6ce8\u518c\u800c\u7531\u4e2d\u56fd\u80a1\u4e1c\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u64a4\u9500\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u5236\u4ee4\uff0c\u5e76\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u79bb\u5cb8\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a(Samoa)\u5185\u4efb\u547d\u4e34\u65f6\u6e05\u76d8\u4eba\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u8463\u4e8b\u5c40\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5728\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u548c\u89e3\uff08<strong>\u56fd\u5185\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u63a7\u6743\u8005<\/strong>\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4ee3\u8868\u56fd\u9645\u79c1\u4eba\u94f6\u884c\u53ca\u56fd\u5185\u94f6\u884c\u8fdb\u884c\u7834\u4ea7\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u5185\u5730\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u56fd\u9645\u5a92\u4f53\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u62ff\u5230\u5185\u5730\u53f8\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5141\u8bb8\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff08<strong>Rabo Sarasin<\/strong>\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5c31\u4e00\u4e2a\u7834\u4ea7\u4ee4\u884d\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e2d\uff0c\u63a8\u7ffb\u67e5\u5c01\u4ee4 \uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u91d1\u989d\u5927\u7ea6USD10M\uff08<strong>Chen Yung Ngai Kenneth et al (trustees-in-bankruptcy of Ho Yuk Wah David) &nbsp;v Gladius Limited et al<\/strong>\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u767d\u9886\u72af\u7f6a\/<\/strong>\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u6848\u4f8b<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
