Profile

Richard is a dually qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and New York with a focus on commercial litigation, construction, international arbitration and insolvency. He is developing a broad practice in civil litigation involving contractual, corporate and insolvency disputes, injunction application and asset tracing. He is also an Accredited General Mediator of the HKMAAL.

Richard has experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Before joining the legal industry, Richard worked as a civil engineer. He is a Chartered Engineer.

Richard has experience in a number of domestic and international arbitrations under the rules of HKIAC, ICC and CIETAC. He has sat as arbitrators in a number of international mooting competitions.
