Lok obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Lancaster University with First Class Honours. He then completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.
Lok joined OLN as a trainee solicitor in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2020. His practice focuses on dispute resolution. He has experience in complex commercial disputes involving shareholders’ disputes, derivative action, civil fraud, investment disputes and asset recovery. Apart from commercial disputes, Lok also acts regularly in employment matters (both contentious and non-contentious). He has also acted in connection with various high-profile complex trust and probate cases.
Apart from the above, Lok occasionally assists in private client work and tax-related matters.
Lok is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
