Wong"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profile<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Keith advises on a wide range of corporate, securities and commercial transactions, with deep experience in equity capital markets, cross border M&amp;A and investments, and Hong Kong listing regulatory compliance.
