As a Registered Foreign Lawyer (California, USA), he advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses with U.S. connections on tax planning, compliance, and controversy matters, as well as advisory and investment structuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joshua supports Hong Kong and Asia-based clients with U.S. federal and California tax matters, as well as related business and legal issues.
