Henry qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2016 upon completing his training at OLN. He has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, due diligence, joint ventures and contracts involving multi-national entities with Hong Kong and PRC involvements.
Henry has also handled matters involving regulatory authorities, including the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
Prior to joining OLN, Henry worked for a number of years in the retail banking and commercial banking departments of an international bank in Hong Kong.
Henry obtained his Master of Science degree in Physiology and Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Toronto, and subsequently completed his Juris Doctor degree (Distinction) and PCLL program (Distinction) at the City University of Hong Kong.
Henry is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
