This is the third consecutive year that OLN has succeeded in achieving this accomplishment, winning the award for a total of four years. The firm would like to thank our staff for the tremendous effort over the last year, disrupted by COVID-19, as well as in previous years, ensuring the firm is consistently ranked as an ALB Employer of Choice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ALB Employer of Choice 2021 survey was open to all employees, from managing partners to paralegals to non-legal staff. There were over 1800 respondents from eight Asian jurisdictions, and the winners were selected based on the number and quality of respondents.
