She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Law Society of Ontario (Canada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout her career, she has focussed on legal and regulatory compliance in multinational financial services institutions. Helena\u2019s professional journey has equipped her with a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial knowledge, making her a versatile and commercially astute legal professional.
