Since 2009, she has been practicing corporate and commercial law in Hong Kong, providing clients with exceptional legal services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her practice encompasses fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border investments, and general corporate counsel. Cermain&#8217;s clientele spans various industries and stages of ventures, ranging from innovative technology companies in blockchain, virtual assets, and FoodTech, to traditional businesses in real estate, logistics, food and beverage (F&amp;B), and trading. She also works with growing companies and listed corporations. Cermain&#8217;s work motto, &#8220;Growing with clients, becoming friends,&#8221; exemplifies her commitment to being an integral part of her clients&#8217; long-term success. Her holistic approach in rendering legal advice is welcomed by clients.
