Leung"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profile<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Gareth obtained his Bachelor of Laws from King\u2019s College London and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong.
