Biography
Faith works at OLN's Shanghai Office as an intellectual property lawyer. Her practice focuses on trademark, copyright, patent, IP licensing, domain name disputes (UDRP), unfair competition, advertising law and IP enforcement issues.
Faith worked with Baker & McKenzie LLP Intellectual Property Group from 2006 through 2009 serving as an Intellectual property law consultant. She has extensive experience with intellectual property registration, prosecution, enforcement as well as portfolio development and management for multinational companies. The client she has served include Starbucks, Intel, Dell, Hyatt and ESPRIT.
Faith earned her LLB degree from East China University of Politics and Law, and obtained her LLM degree with honours from Vrije University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She is admitted to practice in the PRC.
Faith is fluent in both English and Putonghua.
