BiographyTracy was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in 2004 and joined OLN in 2009.
Before joining OLN, Tracy gained extensive experience in handling and structuring cross-border corporate commercial and project financing transactions, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, real estate project financing and general commercial and banking work with major law firms in Hong Kong.
