Caroline Choi specializes in matrimonial law and is a foreign registered attorney with The Law Society of Hong Kong. In 2007, Caroline was sworn into The State Bar of California and is a current member of good standing. Caroline comes to OLN from San Diego, California where she has worked on a wide range of matrimonial cases, including high-net-worth cases involving child custody and visitation, child and spousal support and division of assets and debts in a family law estate.
Caroline obtained her Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2007, where she received top honors in legal research.
Originally from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, Caroline graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in broadcast journalism in 2000. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Caroline worked as an on-air news reporter and later transitioned to become a producer for Business News Network, Canada’s only all business and financial news channel. Prior to attending law school, Caroline also worked as a television producer for CNN Money in New York City.
Caroline is now a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post as an independent blogger/writer on all issues related to family law.
